Netón Vega

Our eighth chapter of Spotify RADAR features Netón Vega, an artist of música mexicana whose sound reflects both his roots and the genre’s ongoing evolution.

Inspired by the surreal artwork from his 2025 album Delirium, the set places him in a space suspended between earth and cosmos, framing his performance of “Turístico.” Sitting down with us, Netón reflects on his early days learning to play the accordion before the guitar, beginning to compose as a teenager, and how corridos, rap, and hip-hop naturally merged in his sound. He speaks about growth, persistence, and proudly representing Mexico as the genre continues to evolve.
